Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
We are committed to making our shipping/delivery process as quick, safe, and pleasant as possible because we know how important it is for your goods to arrive on time and in perfect condition. We use competitive regional and international courier delivery services to ensure your items arrive as quickly and safely as possible.
Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
To cancel your order, please follow the steps below:
Go to ‘My Account > My Orders’ and cancel your order. Please note that the order can only be canceled if the status is “Processing”. Any order with “On Hold” or “Completed” status cannot be canceled.

Returns
To return your order, please follow the steps below:
- We do not accept returns on Personalized items
- All return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery
- No items on sale or offer can be returned unless the customer has received the wrong or damaged item
- Please note that we do not accept returns if the product’s seal or package has been used or tampered with
- Please note that for International Orders, customs charges need to be paid by the customer, even in the case of returned items.
- IMPORTANT: For International Orders, in case the items are sent by IslamicGifts.ae but fail to be received by the customer for any reason outside the control of IslamicGifts.ae, the customer will be liable to pay the Shipment as well as the Return Shipment amount. The remaining amount will be refunded up to 80% if the items are returned to us.
Make sure you have your original receipt and confirmation email.
- Please note that we do not accept returns if the product’s seal or package has not been used or tampered with.
- We do not accept returns of items unless you’ve received a damaged/wrong item
- All return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery
Disclaimer:
- The customer will bear the costs of the courier for returning the products.
- Personalized items can not be returned.
- Please submit your original invoice at the time of collection.
- We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been tampered with or opened
- All items that don’t comply with our return policy will be held at our facilities
- It is the customer’s responsibility to raise a return request and organize a collection by a courier company or advise us if they would like our courier to pick it up
- Please note that IslamicGifts.ae has the right to refuse any return requests that don’t comply with our returns policies and terms & conditions.
Refund
Reimbursements are withheld until the products are received back into our warehouse. Therefore, we encourage you to process a return request within 7 days of delivery.
Credit Card Orders: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.”
Cash On Delivery Orders: COD orders can only be refunded via bank transfer or coupons of matching value. Once we’re done with a thorough quality check on our side, you will receive an immediate refund through your selected mode of refund. Any fee such as free delivery or cash on delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange
- We do not accept exchange on personalized items.
- Please note that we do not accept exchange if the product’s seal or package has been used or tampered with
- Non-personalized items can be exchanged within 7 days of placing the order.
- IMPORTANT: An exchange fee of 30 AED will be charged to cover courier and packaging costs.
Note: We cannot always guarantee stock availability, we will confirm the stock availability once the order is placed, and depending on availability, the order may be edited/dispatched.
