Most of our personalized gifts are made to order and may take up to 5 days maximum to be completed & dispatched. After dispatch, delivery may take upto 2-5 working days for UAE and KSA orders, and upto 8-10 days for international orders.
For non personalized items, delivery may take upto 2 working days for UAE and KSA orders, and upto 8 days for international orders.
Yes, we do offer gift wrapping services. Just add the gift wrap option to your shopping cart. If you select this option, your gift will come wrapped in a luxury paper wrap, a ribbon, and a paper bag with a gift tag.
Yes we do! International deliveries may take upto 8-10 days to arrive.
IMPORTANT! Please note that IslamicGifts.ae does not accept any returns/cancellations on customized orders as they cannot be resold. The customer is obliged to pay for the order in full even if they do not accept the package, as it becomes un-resalable for us. Also, we believe it is highly disrespectful to the Honor of the Holy Quran to cancel/return orders containing it.
